What is APEST?
Based on Ephesians 4:11, the APEST framework identifies five leadership gifts given to the church: Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, and Teacher. Every person carries a unique combination of these gifts — understanding them transforms how you build teams, hire staff, and develop leaders.
