An engaged candidate is one whose first interactive screen — a phone screen, async video screen, or personality assessment — is completed. That first completed screen is what counts toward your monthly allotment. Resume screening never counts.

What happens when I pass my included candidates?

Nothing breaks — you keep hiring. Each engaged candidate beyond your monthly allotment is billed at your plan’s overage rate: $30 on Starter, $25 on Team, $20 on Scale, and volume pricing down to about $8 on Enterprise. Pay annually and those rates drop ~17% (to $25.00, $20.83, and $16.67). Your included candidates reset every month.

Do extra seats cost more?

No. Every plan includes unlimited seats. Add your whole hiring team — recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives — at no extra charge. We bill on engaged candidates, not on how many people log in.

Can I take a candidate through every stage for one price?

Yes. Once a candidate is engaged, the full pipeline is included — phone screen, async video, personality assessments, and a live AI-coached interview — all for that one engaged-candidate price. Take them as deep as you need; there are no per-stage charges.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Every plan includes the entire hiring pipeline — the difference is scale and control, not capability. Starter ($299/mo, 10 engaged candidates) is for small teams running their first structured pipelines. Team ($499/mo, 20 engaged candidates) adds job-board integrations, advanced analytics, and priority support. Scale ($999/mo, 50 engaged candidates) adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, RBAC, API access, white-label career pages, and a dedicated CSM. Enterprise is custom for volume pricing and procurement needs.

Which personality assessments are included?

All of them, on every plan. PersonaScore supports Big Five (OCEAN), Enneagram, APEST, Myers-Briggs (MBTI), DISC, CliftonStrengths, and GiANT 5 Voices. Several have native in-app assessment engines; for the rest, upload results and the AI extracts personality data to generate role-fit scores, tailored interview questions, and coaching notes.

How does annual billing work?

Pay annually and get two months free — your annual total is ten times the monthly platform fee. Annual billing also drops your per-engaged-candidate rate by about 17% (Starter $25.00, Team $20.83, Scale $16.67). Your included engaged candidates stay the same.

Company DNA lets you upload your company’s values, vision, mission, and EOS data (core focus, ten-year target, marketing strategy). Once uploaded, every AI output — screening criteria, interview questions, team debriefs — is tailored to what your company actually cares about. It’s what makes PersonaScore feel custom-built for your organization.

Do I own my candidate data?

Yes. You own all candidate data, resumes, scorecards, and interview notes, and you can export everything anytime. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your data before account deletion.
