PersonaScore ("we," "us," "our") operates the PersonaScore platform at app.personascore.ai and the marketing website at personascore.ai. We provide AI-powered personality assessment tools and hiring intelligence for small and mid-size businesses.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from Google's OAuth service.

Company DNA Data

You may provide information about your company's values, operating system (e.g., EOS), team structure, and culture preferences. This data is used to customize assessment results and AI recommendations for your organization.

Assessment Data

When candidates complete personality assessments (Enneagram, DISC, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, 5 Voices), we collect their responses and generate personality profiles. Candidates provide this information with knowledge that it will be shared with the hiring organization.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

• Deliver the service: Generate personality assessments, AI-powered interview guides, candidate-team compatibility analyses, and team insights.
• Improve our AI: We use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the accuracy of our assessment models and recommendations. We do not use your individual Company DNA or candidate data to train models for other customers.
• Communicate with you: Send account notifications, product updates, and respond to support requests.
• Process payments: We use Stripe to handle billing. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Comply with law: Respond to legal requests and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• With your organization: Assessment results are shared with the hiring team that invited the candidate.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (AWS), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

PersonaScore uses AI to generate interview questions, candidate-manager compatibility scores, and team fit analyses. These outputs are recommendations to assist human decision-makers — they are not automated hiring decisions.

The hiring manager always makes the final decision. Our AI organizes and surfaces information; it does not decide who gets hired.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Assessment data associated with candidates is retained for the duration of the hiring organization's subscription. When an account is deleted, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security reviews, and infrastructure hosted on AWS with SOC 2 certified providers.

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Object to automated processing

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

PersonaScore is designed for use by businesses and their adult job candidates. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
