Terms of Service

By accessing or using PersonaScore ("the Service"), operated at app.personascore.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

PersonaScore provides AI-powered personality assessment tools and hiring intelligence for businesses. The Service includes:

• Personality assessments across multiple frameworks (Enneagram, DISC, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, 5 Voices)
• Company DNA profiling and culture mapping
• AI-generated interview questions and candidate compatibility analysis
• Team personality insights and dynamics mapping
• Job posting and candidate pipeline management

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

PersonaScore offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.

• Free trial: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
• Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to make automated hiring decisions without human review. PersonaScore provides recommendations to assist human decision-makers — it is not a substitute for human judgment.
• Use assessment results as the sole basis for employment decisions in a manner that violates anti-discrimination laws.
• Share candidate assessment data outside your organization without the candidate's consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that is illegal or infringes on others' rights.
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

When you invite candidates to complete assessments through PersonaScore, you are responsible for:

• Informing candidates that they will be completing a personality assessment as part of the hiring process.
• Complying with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.
• Using assessment results as one factor among many in your hiring process, not as the sole determinant.

PersonaScore provides tools and information. The hiring decision and legal compliance are your responsibility.

The Service, including its design, AI models, assessment methodologies, and content, is owned by PersonaScore and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the data you input into PersonaScore (Company DNA, job descriptions, candidate information). We retain ownership of derived outputs (assessment scores, AI-generated questions, compatibility analyses) but grant you a perpetual license to use those outputs for your business purposes.

PersonaScore uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, interview questions, and compatibility analyses. AI outputs are probabilistic and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive judgments.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Assessment results reflect self-reported personality data and algorithmic analysis — they are not clinical diagnoses or infallible predictions of job performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold PersonaScore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including employment and anti-discrimination laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the Service. We will provide notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
